Established in 2010, the Roorkee facility operates with advanced ISBM, injection, and extrusion blow molding systems to deliver precision-engineered packaging solutions across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, dairy, food, and industrial sectors.

The journey of VIVA Packaging is rooted in deep technical expertise and long-standing experience in the Indian packaging industry.
The ALPHA Group entered the PET bottle manufacturing segment in 1995, recognizing the growing demand for reliable and high-quality rigid plastic packaging across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, food, and personal care industries. Over the years, the Group emerged as one of the largest packaging players in Asia in this segment, known for scale, technical capability, and consistent quality.
Leveraging this expertise and market leadership, Viva Pack Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2010 to strengthen the group’s presence in North India.
The Roorkee manufacturing facility was strategically established to serve customers efficiently with modern infrastructure, skilled manpower, and a focused approach to quality-driven manufacturing. Since inception, the unit has operated with a production capacity of 8 metric tons, supported by advanced machinery, standardized processes, and a strong quality management system.
