We implement sustainability across all areas of manufacturing, focusing on efficient material usage, weight reduction, and responsible material selection.

Weight Reduction
Using advanced technologies and optimized production methods, we continuously reduce the weight of our packaging products. This minimizes material consumption and resource use without compromising performance. We work closely with customers, suppliers, and research institutes to ensure efficient product design and appropriate material selection for each production technology.

Material Selection
Sustainability guides every material choice. Renewable and non-fossil “green” plastics are evaluated for recyclability, food safety, and long-term performance. We avoid environmentally harmful materials such as PVC and plastics with heavy metals or plasticizers, a practice we have maintained for over a decade. VIVA Packaging actively tests and applies biomaterials that align with our sustainability values.

Recycling and RPET Usage
VIVA Packaging actively incorporates post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET and polyolefin materials in its packaging products to support sustainability. Our top PET bottle facilities already use a significant percentage of recycled PET, and we continuously refine our processes to enhance recyclability.

On customer request, we also provide bottles manufactured entirely or partially from RPET, enabling brands to meet their sustainability targets without compromising on quality or performance. By maximizing the use of RPET based on customer requirements, we ensure responsible resource use, environmental stewardship, and sustainable innovation in every product we deliver.
